Tongxu (simplified: 通虚, traditional: 通虛, pinyin: Tōngxū, jyutping: tung1 heoi1) was a Taoist priest of Shangqing Monastery.
Biography
Tongxu was a member of the Shangqing Monastery, a Taoist institution known for its martial arts traditions. He served alongside other disciples such as Tianxu, Chongxu, Lingxu, and Zhaoxu, participating in the monastery’s activities and missions.
The Shangqing Monastery was involved in various events throughout the jianghu, and Tongxu, along with his fellow disciples, played a role in these activities.

As a disciple of Shangqing Monastery, Tongxu was trained in the Shangqing Swordplay, the signature martial arts style of the monastery. This style was known for its speed and precision, making practitioners formidable opponents in combat.
