Qi Liusan (simplified: 祁六三, traditional: 祁六三, pinyin: Qí Liùsān, jyutping: kei4 luk6 saam1) was a martial artist who joined Bao Qianling and Xiang Wanghai in criticising Qiao Feng, only to discover Qiao Feng’s superior abilities.
Biography
Qi Liusan was a martial artist who traveled with Bao Qianling and Xiang Wanghai. The three companions spent a night criticising and cursing Qiao Feng, believing him to be a traitor to the Beggars’ Guild. They exhausted themselves with their verbal attacks and eventually fell asleep.
When they woke up, they discovered that Qiao Feng had visited them during the night and left small white papers with the words “Qiao Feng pays his respects” on their weapons. This demonstration of Qiao Feng’s ability to approach them undetected while they slept served as a humbling reminder of his superior martial arts skills.
